Weight Loss Tips and Advice

if you are making a box of brownies and use only the egg whites and use applesauce instead of oil you cut out 900, yes 900 calories!!!

Water! Make sure you are getting plenty of water a day. You can also chew on ice chips, but that isn't so good for your teeth!

and in one serving (one wrap)There is only about 210 calories unless you add cheese then its a bit more.
Anyway, shred one cooked chicken breast,
stir in 1/8 of a cup of A1 Chicago style marinade (you can add more if its to dry for your taste)
and then stir in a chopped green pepper.
Spoon some on a warm tortilla and roll up. So good. Of course for you side you can serve a salad or veggie.

Fruit Sundae Cones
The weather is getting a bit warmer now that spring is upon us. This is a recipe that I know young and old alike will love! It's a wonderful way to get in your fruits in a fun and delicious treat.
Makes 6 servings
3/4 cup cut-up strawberries
3 cups assorted cut-up fresh fruit (such as apples, bananas, cherries, plums, seedless red grapes,kiwi and/or peaches)
6 giant waffle ice cream cones
1/4 cup coconut, toasted (optional)
Place strawberries in blender; cover and blend until smooth.
Place the 3 cups fruit in medium bowl; gently toss to combine. Spoon fruit into cones. Drizzle with strawberry puree. If desired, top with coconut
.Per serving: 105 Calories, 1g Total Fat, 2g Dietary Fiber, 24g Carbohydrate, 25mg Sodium, 1g Protein *2 ~~~Better Homes & Gardens Smoothies & Healthy Snacks

Strawberry Spinach Salad
1 quart fresh strawberries, sliced
1 (10 oz) pkg washed baby spinach
1 cup sliced almonds, toasted
Toss and serve with sweet poppy seed dressing
Sweet poppy seed dressing
¾ cup sugar
½ cup honey
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1 teaspoon finely grated onion
½ cup lemon juice
1 cup vegetable oil
½ teaspoon poppy seeds
Mix all ingredients except oil and poppy seeds in a blender. Gradually add oil and seeds and continue blending. Toss with Strawberry Spinach Salad.Now the dressing goes a long ways. So go easy on it. I actually halved the recipe and still had way more than I could ever use.
