Weigh In's a week from today!

Alright ladies!

A week from today is our first weigh in. Don't stress to badly.
I have been off to a rough start, as I am sure I am not the only one.
Do what you can- I will need all weights emailed to me by the 15th!
Pace yourselves with exercise and don't over do yourselves.

So I figured out a pretty low cal but soooo delicous dinner. They are spicy chicken wraps and in one serving (one wrap)There is only about 210 calories unless you add cheese then its a bit more. Anyway, shred one cooked chicken breast, stir in 1/8 of a cup of A1 Chicago style marinade (you can add more if its to dry for your taste) and then stir in a chopped green pepper. Spoon some on a warm tortilla and roll up. So good. Of course for you side you can serve a salad or veggie.
